Refund policy

Under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act, you may return your order within seven days of delivery, without giving a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Return shipping within this period is covered by us.

The inspection period is not a trial period

This period is for inspecting the item, not for wearing it. Items that have been worn outdoors, washed, or show signs of use cannot be returned.

How to return

Email us with your order number, the items you'd like to return, and your refund details. We'll reply within 1–2 business days and arrange collection.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item, to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles depending on your bank.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return within the inspection period and place a new order.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, with all shipping costs covered by us.
